Oliver Allaux is a multi-faceted artist with a formative background in architecture.

Co-founder of Rhizome Creative, Oliver comes highly reputable as the leading 3D projection mapper and visual artist that has worked within the New York night life scene for over a decade. During the course of his professional tenure, he has projection mapped on a wide range of locations from Ian Schrager’s Edition Hotel Paradise Club to Brooklyn’s notorious hub of culture House of Yes to numerous iconic public spaces like the Rockefeller Center.

His innate understanding for foundational structure, conceptual design & technology is the driving force behind his projects. Over the years, he has developed a passion for integrating the advancements of cutting-edge technology through fabrication methods and application for digital mapping.

He specializes in interactive installation art that is generative and reactive to its surrounding and subject. Whether the focal point is a dancer with live feed visuals radiating in real time or a group of onlookers stepping in front of an infrared camera that projects generative visuals, he understands the vast potentiality of application.
